F.A.Q.

Currently, we only ship within the USA.

Unfortunately, NOT to Hawaii or Alaska

  • WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
    Please contact us @ info@serendipitous.company as soon as the order is received. We will track the order and resolve the order.
  • WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?
    · Yes, once the item ships you will receive an email. As long as the correct information was provided. · If a confirmation email was NOT received, we will track the item, update the e-mail information if needed, and re-send the confirmation email.
  • JEWELRY ITEMS
    After 15 days, are not available for refunds. No exceptions.
  • Jewelry Order Cancellations
    Must be done within 24 hours of placing order.
  • I CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHIN THE TIME FRAME, WHEN WILL IT REFLECT ON MY BANK STATEMENT?
    It usually takes 7-10 business days. If there are delays check with your bank for the release of funds.
  • Plant Order Cancellation or Order Changes
    Need to be done within 12 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to process the request but once the tracking number or shipping label has been made, we are unable to cancel or edit the request.
